Disney rewards Visa question

I have a Disney rewards Visa debit card and I was wondering if purchases you make at stores (like Target or WalMart) where you request cash back would qualify for rewards points? I searched the website and the pamphlets I received with the card but the only thing it said that may include this says "Cash Transactions." Is that what these purchases would be considered? Thanks in advance.

I just got the same type of card today. I'm thinking "no". Everytime I've ever gotten a cashback option, I've entered my PIN... and they say it has to be a non-PIN transaction.

oh yeah, duh! I forgot you have to enter your PIN to get cash back, it slipped my mind
