Disney Rewards Visa and Giftcards??

I would like to get this Chase card but want to know if I can pay a monthly statement with a Disney giftcard(s)? If so, how would I do that? By calling them with the numbers? Would it matter if the purchases were not 'Disney'?

I called Chase but of course could not get a live person and I couldn't find the info in their online materials.

You can not pay your monthly balance with giftcards. Your account is held by Chase bank (or whoever ) and disney is just a co-promoter type of thing. It's still a normal credit card
