Disney Rewards & VGC

Back in Sept, I added on points at VGC. Part of the deal was that I would get $500 Disney Rewards points by charging it to my Disney cc. I still haven't seen the points credited on my account. Did anyone else take advantage of this offer? Have you received your credit? My DVC guide is blaming Disney Visa and Disney Visa says I need to talk to DVC!

I had the same issue a couple of years ago when that promotion was going on. And what happened was the Guide never gave Disney Visa my chase member number to do it right. But I found that out after sending Chase corporate an email.
