Disney Rewards Tour Discount

We just booked the KTTK Tour for our upcomming trip. I realized after DW got off the phone that they did not apply a 20% discount for the tour. We paid using the Disney Rewards card. The card that holds the points redeemed from the Disney Visa card.

Has anyone taken advantage of the 20% discount listed as a perk for the card? I think we will be calling back tonight to find out what happened.

It should be $65 each full price if I am correct and I think thats what they charged.

Yes, well we have received 15% off the EPCOT segway tour. You do have to book with the Disney Visa to get the discount and they will give you the lower price when booking. I think there is tax as well. I don't know the cost of your tour offhand.

We called back and talked to the WDW Tours. They said OOPS they should have given us the discount for the tour. Then they had to figure out how to put it back on our rewards redeption card.

Took about 15 minutes for him to ask someone. He says they put if back.

BTW he initially responded that you only got the discount for the tour by using the Disney Visa to pay but when we pointed out that the Web site with the perks says you can use Disney Visa, Disney Debit or the Disney Rewards Redemption card he agreed. Have to push them sometimes.

They didn't put my discount on either when I called. We booked Behind the Seeds and have both AP and Disney Visa. I asked which discount was better/what the price would be and the girl quoted me a total price for 2 adults, 2 children and then took my card info. I asked several times if that included a discount and how much. She couldn't tell me how much just that it did. When we got off the phone I checked online and got charged regular price. Seems like the 407 WDW TOUR CM's are even worse w/ wrong info than the regular phone CM's.

I booked hte family tour today and just mentioned that I had a disney visa disocunt. They took it off the price right away. I love saving!
