Disney rewards help ASAP!!!!

So... we leave for FL tomarrow afternoon, and I went to transfer my rewards to my card that I got a couple years ago, and it won't transfer!!! I waited until the last minute b/c there was last minute purchases that I made and paid for and I wanted to get as many rewards and I could. Is there anyway I can them in FL? Thanks for any help given

Yep - you can go to guest services at Downtown Disney and get a new card and have them transferred there. I have done it there - just make sure the primary cardholder is there. My DH and I each have a card but he is the primary cardholder so he had to do everything.

You can also call the telephone number on the back of your Disney Visa card, and a customer service rep will transfer your points for you.

If you got the card you have currently a couple of years ago then definitely get a new card at DTD. The cards will expires (which might be why the rewards wouldn't transfer) and you don't want to lose any if you don't spend them all this trip.

We did this last year - and they were very helpful at the Magic Kingdom
Guest Services. This made it so easy to go to the park and get our Disney credits!
