Disney Rewards FREE DINING EMAIL Received

I actually got an email at noon today from Disney Rewards with the details for the free dining. Good thing I'm on the Dis Boards as I already called and got it applied first thing this morning.

Now all of those Non-DisBoarders will know about it and start calling...

All was in line with what was reported here on the Dis. I have copied and pasted the details of what it said below:

Free Disney Dining Plan with the purchase of this Magic Your Way Package:

This 5 night, 6 day Magic Your Way Package includes Walt Disney World® Resort hotel accommodations, Walt Disney World® Theme Park tickets and the Disney Dining Plan which provides one quick service meal, a select snack and one meal at a table service restaurant per person, per night of your package. I'm a new visa memeber- I'm still waiting for my card in the mail. How do i sign up for e-mail specials from Visa? I know I'll get all my info from her (DIS) board but i'd still like to be on their list. TIA! Aimee

I STILL have not received the email. And I know they have my EMAIL address...because I get other notifications from them to that address.

Im just scratching my head, because whats the benefit of giving the VISA card holders an 'extra' three days to book, when you dont even get the notice on time?!?!?!

I got an email today from Disney Visa but it was for a discounted package of five nights and six days for a studio at Sarasota Springs at $104 a night. It included tickets and the Dining Plan for two adults and two kids. Sounds like a pretty darn good deal but the dates are wrong for me: 8/24 - 9/20. It said the offer would go public the 10th. Is this what everyone is talking about with Free Dining - a plan that is limited to one resort?

I second this. Got the e mail (did NOT get it last year, so thats an improvement)
However I got it at 10am and had already got what we wanted this am, started at 7:02 and was on hold over an hour but WOO HOO, we're in!

No email to me again this year, eventhough I KNOW Disney Visa has us down as wanting to receive promotion e-mails and it's not stuck in my spam filter. Why bother!!! Thank GOD for the DIS since I booked at 8 this AM.

I never receive ANY emails from Disney visa for anything good, just junk. Like how to switch your card at any time. So I know they have my email address.

Same here...I received the email at 3:04am. I wonder if Disney Destinations sends out the emails in batches or is it our email providers that are slow?
