Disney rewards dollars - can my mom transfer hers to me

I have a Disney rewards visa & my mom does as well. She said she has some Disney rewards dollars. I've akready requested my gift card with the smallest balance so I can easily transfer my remainder right before our trip. My parents have no plans to go to Disney anytime soon & said she'd give me her dollars. Does anyone know if her dollars can be transferred to my rewards card?

Why doesn't she just get a card herself and give it you you?

Or she can transfer her points to a reward card and buy Disney gift cards that you can use.

I'll just have her do that; I didn't know if it was possible to add them to someone else's card

Just wanted to add this advice if she doesn't live nearby and was going to mail you the card.

Have her order the card with the lowest amount on it ($10?). Then when you are leaving or already on your trip she can call and have the remaining rewards transferred to the card. That way if it gets lost, you don't lose the entire amount.
