UGH

I have lost/misplaced/thrown out ???? my old rewards card.

I have about $60 in rewards but leave this Fri for FL, so no time to get a new card.

Wasn't there a way to redeem the rewards at Guest Services?

It isn't crucial, I can just save them for our next visit, but if there is a way to do this, I would like to.

Thanks,

Dawn

If you are registered online - you can see your Disney Rewards card number there. Can't remember how much info. is on there. I would give Chase a call maybe you can just give them the number and expiration date?

I just transferred my rewards to my card that is expiring end of Dec. 2014. I called MS right after to apply the credit to my 2015 DVC dues. Gave them card #, expiration date and amount.

Good luck! Let us know.

You lost your old card that had nothing on it? Or was the $60 on the Rewards card? If the money was already on the card, I think you're out of luck, but if you just need a new card, yes, you can do it at Guest Services.

You can go to Guest Services at the parks, or Downtown Disney (this is the only place I've actually done it). You need to have your CC with you and they'll give you an envelope with a rewards card in it. They may be able to add your Rewards dollars on there, but I just called Chase and did it myself (while my son played at the Lego store).

I am sorry. I did not explain. I have lost the card with $0 on it.

The $60 is still sitting in my account online. I can't transfer it because I lost the card, so I would need to be issued an entirely new card if I wish to use the $60. However, there is no way it can be issued and that I can receive it by Friday.

Yes, you can get one issued at Guest Relations (been there done that). I am pretty sure you are allowed to have 2 active rewards cards at any one time (per account) so if you have lost one you can get a new one and put rewards $$ from your CC onto it.

We ordered a rewards card and did not get it before our trip. When we got to the park, we went to guest services and they reissued the card (the one in the mailbox at home became invalid when the new one was issued).

I left my rewards card at home si I went to GS ar DTD (the one at DQ) and they gave me a new card. Then I called DRV and they transferred everything onto the new card and cancelled the old one. I first tried this at GS at the hotel, but they said i had to o to the GS window at a park or DTD.

THANK YOU!

I thought I had read that somewhere before but couldn't find it.

I did not know about this 2 limit thing and I have had and used 2 cards over the last 6 years. As always when I use up a gift card I shred it and trash it. Do you think Chase will still let me have another one? Or Guest Services? I just discovered this policy last week when I went to order our new rewards card.

I had not heard of the two card rule. I think I am on at least my 4th! They do expire so they would have to give you a new one when the old one expires, I would think..
