I have the Disney Visa, and have checked the Chase website for reward redemption. Under the WDW resort, it has zero offers listed. Does this mean I'm unable to redeem any dollars for credits such as hotels? I'm still confused on these. Thanks. :confused3

You can use the points you have accumulated to pay for your hotel, food, anything you might buy while you're there. Just call Visa and tell them that you would like to have your points transferred to a rewards card. You can then use that card to pay for anything Disney (from a Disney retailer).
I recently did this and just had them clear out the balance on my rewards card to pay the balance on our hotel rooms - it was very easy to do. I'll call back before we leave on our trip and have them put any additional points on the card so I can use them while we're there.

The offers are different than the points. The offers are special promotions available if you use your Disney Visa to purchase them.

As for your reward points, you can use them at WDW just like a credit card. You actually get a physical credit card, with a 16 digit number, signature block on the back, magnetic stripe, etc... your points translate directly into dollars. 20 points = $20 to spend at WDW. The only catch is it has to be a Disney-owned vendor. That excludes Rainforest Cafe, most of the Downtown Disney restaurants, any non-Disney owned shops at Downtown Disney, etc. Except for Rainforest Cafe, I don't think there's anyplace within the four theme parks, two water parks, and all Disney-owned hotels that will not accept the Reward card - so long as they normally take credit or debit card payments. Cash-only locations will not take the Rewards card.

You can use it at the Disney stores, Disney.com and at any of the resorts at WDW or DL or any other parks worldwide. However, if you don't have a card yet, Make sure you request one at least a month before to allow them to mail you the reward card. Once you get a card (its good for 2 years) and then they can just transfer the points onto the card within a day or 2.

You use the card just like a credit card--Its great--However, be careful. Last trip they charged me twice the points because some CM don't know how to use it and they ran the transaction thru twice. They will give you a receipt at the time of purchase that will tell you how many points you have left and how many you used up. Keep track and be sure to tell them right away if its wrong.
