Disney Reward Card

I'm racking up Disney Dollars on my Visa and I can't remember if I can use them to
pay for meals and snacks...? Someone please help settle my brain....

We've done it two ways: carry the card and pay with it (couldn't use it in the store in japan since they are owned by another company, but not problems at any other stores or restaurants), and we have also charged to the magic band, then brought the rewards card to the concierge at the hotel and had them apply it to the room balance.
