HEY Guys,
I was wondering if I could get some opinions on chefs de france?
Im thinking about booking an ADR for my may'11 trip and Ive heard mixed reviews.

Also were planning on going to Le celier for lunch(in order to use only 1 credit for the D.P.). Is there a real difference between lunch and dinner food? and are the choices similiar?

As you are traveling after March, there isn't any good way to answer this. The dinner menu is supposed to change after March 1, when dinner goes signature. We don't have a new dinner menu that has been made public yet.

We also can't be sure the lunch menu will stay the same.

Had a dinner ADR at Les Chefs de France this past September trip. It was our favorite meal of the trip. I had not been there since the late 80's as a kid.

The service was impeccable and the food was fantastic. There is also a limited schedule of appearances by Remy. We had a 5pm ADR and saw him during our dinner.

We've had nothing but great meals at Les Chefs, however we've found other restaurants that we like better, so we haven't been there the past few trips. We'd definitely return though!
