Disney Resort Transportation for races

It has been 6 years since I participated in a runDisney event at WDW. Back then I stayed at CB and took the bus to the race start line and then back from the finish line. Considering staying at the Treehouse villas. Do they have a bus pick up there or do you have to walk over to Saratoga to catch the bus?

The only pickup spot for SSR is by the lobby/Carriage House. You would be walking up from THV to get on the bus. Now, if you're renting a car, it's like a 5-8min drive (slightly different for the half and full vs the 5k and 10k during MW due to road closures) to get to the parking lot.

ETA: there might be an internal bus to get you from THV to the rundisney bus, but IME during a race weekend at OKW, it's almost as fast, if not faster, to just walk than wait around for a bus.
