Disney Resort Thats Not Considered Disney

I Know there is a hotel I think its a Hilton that is part of
Disney property does anyone know which one it is. Thanks

Downtown Disney Hilton, Lake Buena Vista, FL

It is across the street from Downtown Disney. It is not run by Disney, although you can get early entry when you stay there.

the dolphin and swan are also on WDW property but not owned or operated by Disney.

As is Shades of Green. However, that is generally only available to members of the military and select DoD employees.

Each "non-Disney" resort on Disney-owned property offers a slightly different set of perks. None of them offer the full set. So, if some particular perk is important to you, be sure you are getting the right hotel.
