Disney Resort Survey Postcard

I stayed at Disney's All-Star Sports Resort December 11-18.Yesterday I received a postcard from this resort asking that I go on-line and participate in a survey.I have stayed on-property four times and this is the first time I have received one of these postcards.How rare is it to be asked to participate in a resort survey.Has anyone received more than one of these postcards.I am just curious.Thanks. :D
 
The only survey I received was one from Animal Kingdom when the guy asked if I would like to participate when I got home and asked my email address.

Other than that I have never had one. I was at ASSports as well from Dec 2-7 and I didn't get a postcard survey.
 
I stayed on site for the first time last summer. I actually received an email asking me to take a survey about the reservations process and then I got another one when I returned asking me to evaluate my stay.

Now, I wish they would reward my participation with a PIN for a good rate at a moderate or deluxe!

Come on Disney, talk to me!

We just stayed at AKL earlier this month. Within a week of returning, I had a postcard about taking a survey about our experience. We've been visiting Disney since I was 9 months old (I'm almost 27), been staying on property for the past 10-15 years. . . this is the first postcard we've ever gotten for a survey.

And I'm with dudspizza - how about a little "thank you" and asking me back to AKL at a heavily discounted rate! ha!
 

We get one after every trip from the resort (GF and BWI) we stay in. We used to get the ones you filled in the bubble. The online surveys are much quicker to complete. My fiance also gets at least one or two after each trip from the different Disney golf courses he plays. We've never received an email offer, so I don't think the surveys are tied to promotional offers.

We also got one almost after every resort stay this year. (BWV, SSR, OKW, WL, CR) We did not get one after our stay at POR which was a split stay with CR. Maybe that's why. The surveys for DVC resorts differ only by asking if you are a DVC member, just a guest of one, or cash ressies.

I have always wondered what triggers getting the survey other than we have always been good about responding timely on them with pretty good details but not always remembering the names of CM's that really shined during our stays.
 
We got a survey postcard after our split stay at AKL and FW cabins earlier this month. It was for the FW cabins part of our stay. How I wish we would get a discount for timely response as I plan our next trip! It does, however, say in the terms of the online survey that there will be no benefits to you for filling it out.
 
I got one this year after staying at POR. It arrived about a week and a half after we returned home.
 
I've been to WDW twice since 2001 which I know is nothing compared to some of you! I've never been asked to participate in a survey but would love to do it. I too wonder what triggers the cards to be mailed.

I have a question for those of you that have rec'd a survey....how did you book your package? Through a travel agent, online, direct call, online booking engine like Orbitz? Just curious. Interested in hearing feedback.

I received one survey via e-mail and one survey postcard. They came a few months apart, I think a call to CRO to reserve a room triggered both of them. I too was hoping to be rewarded with a PIN for a discount, but no luck.

Karen, the FW cabins portion of our trip was booked via TA. HTH!
 
I got an survey for our POLY trip in Oct. I also got one inquiring about our day at Blizzard Beach last March (as we were leaving a CM approached for our email).
 
We got one a week after arriving home from our December stay at the Villas at Wilderness - to answer the question about booking, we did it through DVC Member Services using our points. The online survey was really easy and convenient...but our stay was incredible, so all our answers were "excellents".
