Disney reservations closed 30-31st will this affect ADR's?

I was browsing the disney world site and I saw this

"Scheduled Maintenance Advisory: Walt Disney World Reservations will be unavailable beginning January 30th at 9:00 p.m. EST due to scheduled maintenance. We expect to be operational again later in the evening on January 31st."

Does this mean I won't be able to make my ADR's on the 31st?

I would go ahead and call for dining reservations. The wording to me sounds like it is talking about making resort reservations -- like booking a room or a package deal. So call the dining number when you're 90 days out -- I think you should be fine. If it really includes dining, too, though, no one else will be able to make any ressies either, so you won't be missing your opportunity. Post back and let us know -- or anyone else making dining ressies during this time frame.
