I know this is brought up from time to time. How often are we told to be sure to make a copy of your passes. We did just that. We also kept the copy separate from our passes. But guess what, we made a quick stop at MK last Wednesday and them went to MGM around noon only to discover we were short one adult pass Apparently we did not get it at the turnstile. And where were our copies. You guessed it. Back at the cabin.My daughter looked at the tickets and noticed the two adult tickets we had were in number sequence so the missing one had to be right before or right after. Maybe they could do something. She went to guest services at MGM and guess what. They replaced it with no problem. I know they are not obliged to do so. Hats off to Disney.
