Disney Princess Dresses

Hi there me again. Sorry to be a pain.

I have looked at the weather forcast and it is going to be raining when we go.
Were there for 5 days.
Is it worth taking my daughters disney princess dresses?

She has belle, christmas belle, cinderella and snow white. Planning on buying her arora when we get there for her birthday present.

Theres nothing to stop her wearing them, she can always wear joggers and a jumper underneath. If its going to rain a lot though, the long dresses might get very dirty round the bottom. And of course, she'll need to be wearing her waterproof coat over the top.

Apart from when she's inside (ie Lion King show, restaurants) she'll need her coat on all the time.

Its entirely up to you whether you think its worth taking them.

DD has worn her Jasmine outfit at DLRP, but not last month, as I knew she'd have a coat or a fleece on all the time we were in the parks.

Even if your DD can't wear her dress around the park she could always wear it for dinner one night.

(P.S. - We have just come back and the weather forecast predicted rain everyday, except the last day.........it was actually dry ,apart from one torrential hail storm at 7.00pm on the first day, and rained all day on the last day.)

I've just bought a back pack so we can pack her a dress each day if its raining in the park, its there then if she gets the chance to wear it indoors.
I don't care about what the weather is going to be anymore, its not going to spoil our first disney experience.

ooh good plan! I bet she is so excited now. I know i am,lol. I'm kinda feeling the same about the weather now too although its been snowing here today. Just been packing though and sorting my camera out, its so close!!
Anyways i hope you all have a fantastic time and enjoy every moment!!

When we went for the first time it rained every day and was freezing cold but that didn`t stop our enjoyment one bit!!

We took DD's Belle dress with us but she didn't wear it in the parks as it was too cold. If you have booked the princess meal I would take it in with you so she can change into it. If not she could always wear it to dinner: we stayed at Newport Bay and DD did this, as did quite a few other children.

Thanks for all the advice, you were right, although it threw it down on Sunday and Monday, it didn't bother us one bit!

So glad we took the dresses, my DD wore one almost every day.
She even had a picture took with snow white in her snow white dress, It was beautiful!
(We took her coat off for the picture. I'm not that cruel)

wow those are perfect photos!! Totally amazing. Your DD looks like she is totally loving every moment.
I cant wait to have kids and take them to Disneyland to share some really magical moments. Its just amazing seeing their faces light up.
And i'm really pleased it went well with you taking the dresses.
