Disney premier question

I hope someone can help..I just recently acquired the Disney premier visa. While I was reading thru all the perks, I noticed it gives 5% on all vacation packages, and also offers 0% interest for 6 mths. I haven’t received our actual card yet, but can I book an upcoming trip, and just pay the $200 deposit, and then when the physical card comes pay the balance with it, and earn the 5% on everything less the $200?

Yes, if you pay for part of a Disney resort package with the Disney Premier Visa, you should get the 0% interest for 6 months on that part. Note that this applies only to packages and not to room-only bookings.

I am not seeing a 5% discount on vacation packages on the Disney Visa website, just 2% in Reward Dollars on Disney purchases and 5% on Disney streaming services, so that may be a special offer. The 2% deal applies to all Disney purchases, not just packages.

Hi when i called about it I was told it applied to "select" vacation packages. I have no idea what that entails
so definitely call and ask. The only 5% it offers is on streaming Disney+ Hulu or Espn plus. Not even sure it will earn 2% on a disney package as I read 2% only on
gas
stations, grocery stores,
restaurants and most Disney
U.S. locations.

So maybe 2 percent at the park paying for stuff? Not maybe someone else will chime in.
