Disney points to rent out at $9.00

I have 150 points to rent out before feb 2005.
Have already banked points and live in the U.K.This is new to me so i need a bit of help in understanding how the transaction will work! Genuin Honest and reliable family who just cant use the points at this time.

I am interested in renting 374 points. I am looking to visit the Beach Club Villas from Sunday, 1/2 to Saturday, 1/8. I need a 2 bedroom villa (Weekly rate 270) and a I need a studio (weekly rate 104). Please advise if you still have points and whether reservations are available. Thank you!
