All great pictures everyone. Quick question though- I bought a 12mp Nikkon SLR for our upcoming trip next week and I'm curious to know what some of the more stunning pics (nighttime/ fireworks/ zoom details) were taken with with regards to App, lens mm/ zoom and other settings. I'd love to be able to come back from our trip and be able to share some impressive photos.
Learning all those settings is a long undertaking. Just start practicing now and try it in different conditions with it set at auto, and see what results you get- interior, low light, night etc. Then go to manual and try again with different settings on exposure. Familiarize yourself with the abilities of the machine and you before you go and try to get the shot!
The remarkable shots here are the ones in POTC (unless they used flash?) which is very dark. To get a good shot in there (one is not supposed to use flash and disturb the experience for other guests) really takes a good camera.
Many of the other exceptional shots here are a matter of the shooters eye- finding the right view to create a memorable image.
How do you get to Disneyland? Practice. Practice!
