Can you tell me how you get that effect on the picture?

You need to download an Adobe plugin called Topaz Adjust, here's a link.

Once installed you then load in your pic to Adobe hit the filter tab at the top and then hit Topaz. Then you can make all the adjustments you want.

On this 2nd day of our drip, we had tickets for the taping of the Christmas Day Parade. We got to MK a little too early, so we took a stroll along the trail that runs past the Monorail station. LOST of good views down there.
