Does anyone have a pic of the Crystal Palace? I feel like celebrating, today I booked a dinner ressie for our Feb trip. Have never eaten TS at Disney before and this will be our third trip!

Keeping with the current rain trend ....

We take our plastic rain jackets with us and keep going. It's amazing how people leave when it starts raining but ti's great for us who stay.

I just couldn't resist posting this old newspaper photograph here today. So, sorry if I may be breaking the "rules" since it's not of a Disney park, but this time I'll ask for forgiveness rather than permission!

This is a photo I clipped from a Los Angeles area newspaper sometime around 1964ish. I was 4 at the time (okay - now all of you math nerds know how old I am! ) but I just had to have the picture of Mickey for my scrapbook.

I did post this on the Community board, but I have no idea who any of the people are except for Gene Autry over on the left. But isn't it a hoot to see the old likenesses of Mickey and Goofy?

You know what I love about this thread? Besides the amazing pictures that I never get tired of? The respect and support that exists between posters. There are several of you who are extremely talented, and I'm convinced some of you are professionals. I'm not going to name names because inevitably I would forget someone and hurt their feelings. If you think I may be referring to you, I am. No matter how many compliments people get, they are very gracious and thank people for their comments. And those of you who are extremely talented are right in there offering encouragement to everyone else.It's nice to see so many people with a common interest and no judging. Thanks

Becky- couldn't have said it better myself!! I agree whole-heartedly. I love perusing this thread - I try to get to it every day, and when I don't I go right back to where I was when I last looked. I just can't wait until I can contribute! And though my photos won't be of the same calibre as most of these, I still want to be part of it!
Keep up the good work everyone - trust me, it is truly appreciated!!
