A few months ago, they started using animated character heads for the castle forecourt shows. These heads can blink their eyes and move their mouths, so it looks like they're really talking or singing. I was very skeptical of how it would look, but after seeing it, I'm very impressed!

What do you mean...animated characters....it's not a real mouse singing???? Next you are probably going to say something about Santa Clause!

I think it is the wire that Tink comes down on when Wishes starts.

Makes sense, the wire is going over top the photographer, not up in the air. Duh
