Disney Picture of the day Part 5

My DS11 (then 9 - March 2005) took this from the Monorail. My first picture post....just purchased a new camera this weekend and I am looking forward to taking pictures at Disney on our upcoming trip and posting here!

I did it...I posted a picture, not the best quality...thanks for letting me try.

Looks cool to me. I love the shots from the monorail, coming into EPCOT.

My mother used to get my hair cut almost as badly as that poor little girls. She kept it cut very short until I was in the many, many years ago! Now the most it is ever cut off it is about an inch. We also do not cut more than that off my dd's hair. I will never forget those awful pics from all those years when I had a boys hair cut.

I had a *ahem* Pixie cut too when I was little. I was a competitive swimmer and the chlorine savaged my hair, so it was always cut very short. I was often mistaken for a boy...which was fine by me as that was my most fervent desire...I wanted to be a boy so badly! I hated dresses. I lived in overalls.

I totally saw myself in that little girl!

I never wore dresses myself, was always in jeans or shorts but I had no desire to be a boy. That would mean that I had to help out with chores on the farm!

I know that it's only suppozed to be One picture per day, but all this "hair" talk makes me want to post this story. DS12 had been letting his hair grow for about 6 months now - and it has been driving DW & I crazy! At WDW, we "bribed" him with a pair of PotC Crocs to get his Hair Cut!

I told the Barber to "Scalp him!" Best $$$ I spent all trip!
