Weird that Pixie Hollow is considered a second phase of the construction. It is probably the simplest and cheapest section of the "expansion" to build.
The good news is it looks like they be getting the new LM ride up and running as fast as possible.

The bad news is that the rest of it is all Meet and Greet filler. That and it took Disney over a decade to decide what to do with the closed down submarine eyesore.
