Disney Photopass

i purchased the Disney photopass with the Canadian ticket offer last February. After our Christmas visit, I am home looking at the pictures and they all have the photopass writing blocking out a good portion of the pictures. The package was linked to my My Disney Expeirence account. Does anyone know what I can do or what I am doing Wrong. Much Thanks.

You have to download them onto your computer and then the watermark will go away. I don't remember the exact steps, so if you can't figure it out, give them a call and they will help you download them.
