Disney Photography

Hi girls, I somehow lost my paper that they gave me with all the information about our MK photo session and how to access it online. I have already had the MK photo session but was wondering if one of you brides could help me out with the contact number for the Photography service from Disney. It has been over 10 weeks since our wedding and we still haven't gotten our pictures from the MK session and our honemoon pics.

I would greatly appreciate it.

Thanks. I called DFTW and they gave me the number to the photography place. I was suprised to hear that they "lost my order" and that they thought that I had already gotten my pictures. and that all I got was an e-mail telling me that they were going to cancel the picture website in a month.

I'm kind of sadden by Disney right now.

Glad you got it corrected....i believe the websites are only posted for a limited time and then you have to pay a small fee to extend it

Oh my gosh! So, have they found your pictures? Will they keep them up longer on the website since they haven't been up all this time? What a drag!

The story that I got today was that they were on someone's desk and that the person didn't like the way the pictures looked as far as the lighting and they had to send them back to the lab in order to get them out. They are just now sending them- apparently. And they wouldn't ship them overnight. Oh well I guess what's one more week of not having beautiful pictures? I am very disappointed in that aspect of Disney and would not use their photography services ever again.

I will be writing letters this weekend expressing my concerns about how DPS runs and my disappointment in them.

Not much was corrected. It took a lot of phone calls this week to even get my proofs and bridal session and honeymoon session photos.
