Disney Photo Plus

We will be at Disney in November for about a week. Disney offers their photopass plus at a discounted price if you purchase before your trip, but I am not sure if it is worth it and to be honest I completely forgot how their passes work! Is it just for online access to your photos, and then you get to purchase a CD?

The photo pass us includes the disk and any pictures you have taken on your vacation as well as rude photos. We loved it and will definitely be using it again next trip.

I think it's worth the cost. You get an instant download of all of your images, or you can have a cd mailed to you. All of that is covered in the 'up front' cost. Ride photos are added digitally, but Character dining photos are actual photos in a little folder they give you - again, at no additional cost.

You can also view your pics at the Main Street Photo Store the same day so you know how they turned out.

I was initially annoyed with it because they don't mail you the actual pass - you have to stop in the Main Street or some store in DCA and it wastes time, but it worked out great for us because we got ride photos and Ariel's grotto photos that I loved.

We also had an issue with a "Magic" shot in front of the castle but they made it right when I called. I will use it everytime from now on.

So great to know! It will be my 2 year old DS first trip to celebrate his birthday so I plan on a picture overload awesome that they do ride photos as well

I did Photopass+ for the first time last year. I was only at Disneyland for two days and I ended up with 110 photos before editing. I had a nice mix of landmarks, character photos, ride photos and magic shots. We also did the Surf's Up breakfast and dinner at Goofy's Kitchen and got the photo packages for this.
