Disney Photo Pass??

My family went to Disney almost 2 years ago and bought the photo pass. We thought it was pretty good. Now we're going again, this time with 4 other people. My question is do you think we need to purchase again or just have someone take our pic and pass on the cute graphics??

You can pre-purchase the CD and it's cheaper than the $149 that they now charge. I think the pre-purchase is around $99.

You can just get the pass in the park from a photographer and then hope you do not want to order enough prints to make the CD pre-purchase the way you should have gone.... I did that w/out knowing about the pre-purchase discount and ended up spending a bit over the $99 on prints "with cute graphics" and also made two different photobooks (which we LOVE). If the pass gives you a discount on photobooks or your order is likely to add up to $99 plus, then go for it. Personally, I love having the digital files of pics taken professionally.

Afterall - the only person who can get a great evening pic in front of the castle is the disney photographer with tripod... depending on whether the kids cooperate of course!

you can pre-order after your trip. Just do it before you enter your cards. That way you will know if you had a lot of photos taken.

Hi, Many folks don't realize this but you can order a calendar from photopass with up to 24 of your fave photos for like $29! That's what we did last time, instead of buying a cd or prints we did the custom calendar. I now have my faves in a keepsake that I could personalize and add captions to. It gets lots of compliments, but be enjoy looking through it like a photo album.
