Disney Phone App

I posted this on the Theme Park board, but have gotten no responses. DVC members, please...
I've had the Disney phone app since the start of Fast Passes. For this trip, I seem to be having problems using it. For example, it won't let me put in the names of my group for getting FPs. Is it possible that the app is outdated? Do I have to re-install it? Is that difficult to do?

Are the names in your friends and family list? Do they all have passes linked? Have you tried a PC to see if you are all set up correctly?

I had to reinstall the app before I went last time.

I have called guest relations before and had them walk me through the set up....they were very patient and by the time we were done i had everything i needed where I needed it!
