I can't find what I'm looking for through search. Has anyone experienced the performing arts onstage dance youth program. I have visited the web site but I want a mothers or participator's view. I would love any information you have about your experience and how the program works. TIA

this from another thread right HERE inquiring of Disney's YES program
don't know how to link this

My boys have done the performing arts program several times with Jr. High & High School Marching Band so I'm sure it's the same for Dance.

If you can't find this try the Disneyland website! :thumbsup2

My daughter's dance team had participated in the program at WDW and it was great fun! Everything was well organized and the dancers were really taken care of. On performance day they were picked up at our resort and taken to a backstage rehearsal area. After about an hour of practice they were taken to the performance area. I highly recommend the experience!

My younger son went for a week with his high school for an on stage outdoor band concert venue @ WDW 2 years ago and said it was the BEST field trip he ever had!! :cool1:
We live here in So Cal so EVERY YEAR since BOTH their Jr. High days they have marched down main street!!! :cheer2:
I've even chaperoned a few trips! ;)
The experience behind the scenes is a bit interesting as well.
They meet & go behind Toontown to get ready and are very strict on ONLY chaperones can accompany the students back stage!! :snooty:
They ALWAYS have a great time when the day is over!!! :thumbsup2
