Disney passholder site

Perhaps it is just me but I just logged on to the Disney passholder site @4:18 and there still is no info on this latest batch of codes.......they did send me an email this morning. But I guess my point is all along they have asked us not to call so often but to check the site. And how is it that mousesavers.com had the info on this latest batch of codes at 3am this morning and Disney still doesn't have it? Not to mention all the different answers we get from all the cms.
All I can say is this sure is a Mickey mouse operation if I ever saw one!

Web site updates by Disney often take some time to happen. Information pages are not done in real time updates. They are updated after the fact.

And how is it that mousesavers.com had the info on this latest batch of codes at 3am this morning and Disney still doesn't have it?

The info gets released directly to travel agents. They in turn are free to distribute the information to anyone they wish.

Not to mention all the different answers we get from all the cms.

I never blame a CM at CRO/WDTC for not knowing about AP discounts. They only know what is on their computer screen. If it isn't there, then to them it doesn't exist. The problem comes from the CMs who guess at what and when may come out in the future and are usually wrong.

All I can say is this sure is a Mickey mouse operation if I ever saw one!

I could see where the Passholder website has announcement for AKL and it lists code in there. I only got this after I logged in with user id not just passholder number.
