Disney Parks Attractions Questions

Speaking of the Tower of Terror attraction in Walt Disney World's Disney MGM Studios theme park, I found out that the other Disney Parks are installing the attraction in California, France, and Japan (Tokyo)(Hong Kong?)! This I don't understand (Well, I do understand that it is a popular attraction in WDW.) because even though WDI (Walt Disney Imagineering) put Soarin' in EPCOT from Disney's California Adventure. It's a very good attraction and all, but I don't see why they have to have it based on CA. Why not have it based on Florida? There could even be a Indiana Jones ride in Florida?

Please help me with this inquiry! I don't know which is better: Disneyland -OR- Disney World?
