Disney Parks App returns

Hi all,
I ordered 3 Christmas ornaments from the Shop Parks app back in November. Two of them arrived broken. I have emailed them 3 times and called 3 times (leaving a voicemail message all 3 times since no one was answering the phone). I have had no response. Any return on the order must be postmarked by tomorrow. Has anyone else had this problem? Has anyone found a solution?

Since there's a deadline, I would send them back along with copies of the three emails you sent!

I too had a bad non-response from a Parks App order.
I got a pair of lounge pants and they arrived with the security tag still attached.
I called, left a message and got a return call, 48 hours later.
She said they would send a new pair out if they had any in the warehouse and contact me if they wanted the pair with the tag left on it back.
The pants never came, they never contacted me again.
In the meantime, I discovered a way to remove it without risk of damage
Based on stock looking at the app, I'm fairly sure they did not have the pants left to send me anyway.
Since I am able to use them there was no need for any refund.
But they don't know that so it does disappoint that nothing happened.
I was kind of waiting to see just what they would end up doing as more time went by I just let it go

I sent my item back for a refund (with return paperwork filled out and sent back with it) at the end of November (before deadline). I have yet to receive a refund. They are still looking into it. The first person I spoke with seemed like a very disgruntled call-center employee. No help. I followed up with an e-mail and the response was that I call customer service. So I called them again, got a different rep on the phone. She was MUCH nicer and engaged in the problem...but that was over a week ago with no resolution. It's very frustrating!
