disney park opening times for Aug 2016

Starting to plan where and what days for our Disney holiday Aug this year. We are staying off site so I know I can't do fast passes until my 30 day window. Today I was having a look to see the times and extra magic hours for the parks during our stay. My question is...
Are the park times likely to change and extra night time events such as fantazmic etc added on?
At the moment FOR Aug (this year) it's saying MK closes at 10 and DHS 8.30? When we last went (2013 and stayed off site) DHS defiantly didn't close at 8.30. I think the latest we were in MK( 2013) was around 11 ish
Also does anyone know much about the animal kingdom "tree of life night time experience" due to begin May?

Disney will revise the hours about 6 weeks out and could change them right up until the day.

The new nighttime show Rivers of Light has been delayed so they have put together a mini version so they have something to show over the summer.
