Disney package question....

Booked our trip through Disney. I thought when I booked the trip they said it came with one premium character meal per person. Our travel documents arrived today and there was one adult and one child premium character dining voucher. Did they forget to include one voucher?? There are two adults and one paying child traveling. Did I order the premium character dining or was it included? I can call tomorrow but just thought I would ask you all tonight. Thanks

It seems likely they forgot to include a slip. What did your itinerary email list?

I received mine the other day and I got them all. There was a packing list of how many of each was in there. Sounds like they forgot one. Good luck!

The cm I spoke with this morning said we only ordered one adult and one child. I guess I don't remember leaving DH out. We will just have to pay OOP so it isn't a big deal I guess.

Call guest services again. Did you book online? We had a similar situation & had booked online, where you don't choose how many in your party are getting character meals. One in our party was left off too, which is crazy since it was not possible for us to only order 4 character meals for the 5 of us. When dh called he pointed that out & our 5th meal (that had been left off) was comped.

When you called did the cast member put you on hold and transfer you to guest services? Your package has been voucher ed so they are the one you should be speaking too. You'll have to call the regular line and they will ask some question and then warm transfer you to guest services. Things happen, if you booked this over the phone though you left hubby out lol. The system defaults to the number of people on the reservation like it does at home so unless they or you mentioned it it would default to the 3 of you.

If it was and X (with numbers) or an O (with numbers) booking make sure you call. You may have to pick the voucher up in DTD but it's better then oop.
