I found on line a coupon for 10% off to the Disney Character Warehouse outlet store. I believe that is the same name as the outlet store in the Belz Outlets in Orlando...Anyone know if this is truely an "official" Disney outlet store...Says its in Fullerton..anyone know where it is...how far from DL?

It's maybe 5-10 minutes, straight up Harbor Bl. Its not officially Disney, it's run by AMS Liquidators. But all the merchandise they carry is park merchandise. Sometimes it's last season, sometmes you'll find current merchandise. This company opens temporary stores throughout California, but the Fullerton location is permanent.

I've not made it to the outlets in Orlando, just couldn't pull myself away from the parks. But from what I've heard, the stores are similar. Depending on what they have in stock, you can find pins for $2-3, tshirts $5-10, sweatshirts $10-15.

We always go to the Fullerton store when we are down there (we hit DL couple times a year)...we also always hit the Belz outlet in Orlando as well as the other one closer to the park. They are similar in feel and finds, though I've found better deals consistently in Orlando (which is much bigger and probably does much more volume than Fullerton).

Here's what I can say about the Fullerton store:
1. Check the glass case to your right when you walk in...lots of folks walk right past it and I've found some great stuff in it like a LE watch that was $200 in the park and I got for $35 with a sculpture too! Usually the LE stuff is in the case.

2. Look for the buy 1 get more free deals...for some reason they constantly run these deals...I've gotten: mickey/minnie/pooh santa hats at buy 1 get 2 more free; night time light ups (pins at 1 get 3 free; spinners at buy 1 get 1; necklaces at buy 1 get 2), etc

3. check the back lefthand corner of the store...there is a rack there that has the last one or two of a given clothing design marked down even further from their mark down price... I've found tshirts for $3, button downs for $10, etc.

Have fun! :wizard:

Also, there are lots of fast food places and restaurants in that area, such as In N Out Burger and Ruby's Diner, so plan accordingly.
