DISNEY or BUST! - BFF trip May 2013

Hello everyone! I am so unbelievably excited about our upcoming girls trip in 2013! I can hardly contain my excitement! Before I continue... lets introduce the cast!

I'm Rita and I will be your guide for this journey! I am super excited for this trip report because we are going to have so much fun and I will get to share it all with you!

This will be my fifth time to the world! I went twice as a kid and thought Disney was just "OK" (I was one strange child) but when I made a trip there in 2012 I fell in LOVE LOL... so much so that I returned to the world in Dec 2012! I just love everything Disney and definitely love all of the planning that goes along with it!!!

Next is my cousin and BFF Kayla. We have traveled alot together and we love planning trips! She is a more seasoned Disney traveler... I think she is up to 36 times! She loves disney and is looking forward to this trip!

Also joining us on this trip is our friend Crystal! She is just so much fun and I am so excited that she will be joining us on this trip!!! It is her... wait for it... FIRST trip to Disney!!! AHHHH!!! how magical... we are so looking forward to showing her how it's done in DISNEY!!!

For this trip we will be staying at the Coronado Springs resort! I have never stayed at this resort before. I have heard that one of the drawbacks to this hotel is that it is sprawling and you must walk alot to go anywhere. I guess you could say that about each of the resorts because they are all very big. We stayed at Port Orleans riverside on our last trip and was lucky enough to have a room that was in a five minute walk from the bus.

I am very excited to be staying at this resort... it looks beautiful!

We will be on the dining plan for this trip. I know travelers form their own opinions but for us the dining plan works. We love knowing that the trip (including meals) is paid for before we go. Also I think that if I ordered off a menu in Disney I would shriek when I got the bill at the end. I know that in reality I have already paid for that $50 dinner but at least it's already been paid for. A few meals we will pay for OOP.

Fri - Dinner at 1900 Park Fare
I know that the reviews of the food at this place isn't all that great but Kayla and I have eaten here before and the character experience is just amazing! You get to eat with Cinderella, Prince Charming, Lady Tremaine and the two stepsister Anastasia and Drizzella! SO MUCH FUN!!!

Sat - Breakfast at Cinderella's Royal Table
I have paid OOP for this reservation... and this is another restaurant that has been given bad reviews. How many times can you say that you have dined in CINDERELLA'S CASTLE!?! I mean come on! Kayla and I ate here last May and it was just magical! We would not have made reservations here again for this trip but my friend Crystal is coming and it is her first trip to Disney and she is celebrating her 30th birthday!

Sat -Dinner at the Hoop Dee Doo Revue!
This is another reservation that I have paid OOP for and is also a place that we are going to so Crystal can have the fun experience. (AND it's fun for us too!) We went here last may and had a great time. I love all of the corny jokes! "give me some butter... I'm on a roll!" fun times!

Sun - Breakfast at 'Ohana
Another place that we LOVE and are looking forward to! I love the fruity drink they serve here!

Sun - Dinner at Whispering Canyon Cafe
This was one of Kayla's picks... looks like a fun time and I am looking forward to seeing the Wilderness Lodge for the first time!

Monday - breakfast at Chef Mickey's
Great place to see the characters!

Monday - Dinner at Garden Grill
This is another restaurant that I am looking forward to eating at for the first time. I love Chip and Dale!

Tues - Dinner at Mama Melrose with the fantasmic package
This is another place that I am interested in trying

Wed - Dinner at Crystal Palace... (hoping that this will switch to Be Our Guest if we can get ressies!)

Thurs - Breakfast at 1900 park faire
I know we are eating here for dinner too but again the Character experience is great here.

Thurs - Lunch at Sci-fi dine in
I have wanted to go here on our past two trips... looking forward to it!
