There is a shop in Downtown Disney not far from Goofys Candy Co that sells all kinds of Disney things for the home. I have only been in a couple of times as I cant buy big things cos theres no room inthe luggage to get them home.
They sell lots of different things like Mickey toasters glasses and tableware so you should be able to easily find something for your house sitter in there.
Here are two websites with info on Florida's Turnpike/Tolls. IMO the wikipedia site is better!!

Is that the total of what you've spent so far or is that your grand total??
Your plans look good! I have no answers for the questions you askedbut I'm interested in reading any answers.
CUTE, CUTE, CUTE Pirate party!!
Hi,
Your trip sounds great and I am very impressed with how well planned you have things even the small details. The pirate party was very cute love the skull on the table.
I have spent alot more "out of pocket" for extra stuff like in the pictures I've posted. Other stuff I've bought is travel hand santizer, travel baby wipes, travel stain stick, el cheapo rain ponchos, noodle..floaty..pool..thingys, travel detergent, calling cards, waterproof box (camera, cellphone), new atlas, moleskin, pop-up hamper, camp towel (super absorbant). Okay I've gotten out of hand!!![]()

You're preaching to the choir here.....![]()
You are inspiring me to try and keep a better budget. We'll see.Love the Pirate Party. Especially the Sponge Bob cake.
Mickey's Pantry is what I was going to suggest. My whole kitchen is Disney theme so I love that store.
The planning sounds like it's going well. Don't sweat Tom Sawyer's island. I have read a couple places of where people have found brushes in the afternoon. Here is a link to the thread I had started to answer some questions about TSI: http://disboards.com/showthread.php?t=1610347
Don't forget to look behind the curtains upstairs in the Fort.
Quick question, What is the Tip about getting Bamboo in China at Epcot?

WHOO HOO Under Budget!!!That will leave room for high gas prices, or emergency cases that insurance wont cover. Like accidentally dropping a BBQ sandwich in the lap of your khaki pants and having to spend $50 for some Disney sweat pants!!

Well I think I will start packing tomorrow!!!! I will definately do the ziploc bag idea with DSS's clothes, I will label them cold or warm to make it even easier to pick weather appropriate clothes. I like this Idea better than writing the day you want to wear it, in the winter season the weather is unpredictable.
I also have to help DSS make his Valentine's box and cards early, because he will miss his class Valentine party!! His teacher has agreed to let me bring in his box with cards for the other kids and she will pass them out so he doesn't miss out on everything!! She is another Disney lover so she is being very supportive!!![]()

Electric Umbrella-Food is average here for me, but we always seem to eat one meal here. I always get a burger here.
Flame Tree- Pulled Pork Sandwich w/ spicy BBQ sauce with a side of onion rings.
Cosmic Ray's--I can't even remember what I've had here.....so that should be a clue....We're eating here again in Feb...I've heard the chicken and ribs aren't bad.
Rainforest Cafe--I'm a pot roast guy and it's pretty good here.
I would think the Mexican food CS restaurant in Adventureland is closed since it is off season. It only opens during peak periods. El pirata y el perico.
Hope that helps.![]()

I would but I haven't eaten at any of those places yet. This is a good idea, though. I'm interested to see what everyone says.![]()
