Do not shop at this store. I returned $380.00 of merchandise with their label and I am still fighting with them for my refund that shows delivered To them on 6/9. I just filed complaints with both the Better Business Bureau and Consumer Protection today. They are the absolutely most frustrating and incompetent company I have ever dealt with. Please stay away from if you don’t want this to happen to you.

I buy all the time from the Disney Store website.
I did find out a few years ago how terrible the returns were so now I only purchase what I know I will not return.
Its not like Amazon returns haha.
But wow did you not want a single thing you bought because that seems like a lot to merch to return...

OP, did you go online and request a return before you actually sent the return back? I did not when I sent back a package after Christmas. I had the tracking, so I knew they received it. After weeks of not receiving a refund, I finally called in. Since I didn’t request a return online, they never finished the return. The cast member was able to process the refund while I was on the phone with her. I had the tracking info, which made the process much easier.

I've never had a problem with them, but have never asked for a return of that size.
I usually email them, tell them what the problem is and usually I don't even had to return the item (but it has been a couple of years)

I would put in a request with your CC company to fight the charges. You returned the items and have the shipping info. Never hurts to have another ally.

Welcome to the dis, 964.

The one time I had to return something I called, they refunded me and I did not have to return the item... damaged pair of glass Christmas trees... one was broken, one was fine

I have noticed many stores and credit card companies seriously drag their feet with refunds and don't even post them until the following month. I suspect this is so they can report inflated sale to the board for the current month and rosey up their appearance. Seems businesses prefer to process returns & credits at the beginning of the following month so they have time to bury the loss with new sales. Some credit cards post credits a day before month end leaving little time to get the payment processed probably for the same reason of better earnings reports, it is so annoying.

I order often and often have to return some of the items from an order. I go online and set up the return and they provide a UPS return label. Lately I have found that if you don’t stay on top of them getting a refund will take a loooooong time. One time recently I kept contacting them and they said in 3 days you will have your refund. 3 days passed and the next person said 5 business days. 5 business days passed and they said 7-10 business days. I disputed the charge with AMX and suddenly get an email they issued my refund. Actually tonight I had to email them on 11/10 and ask about a refund for an item they received back on 10/30. I had not received anything from them until I questioned it and now I get the email that says “we have your item refund will be issued but they have had the item 10 days already. Many companies are doing this they longer they have the money the better for them
