HI!
My mother is on 24 hr Oxygen(she uses a Helio pack that is a small pack that goes on her waist like a fanny pack about that size as well)

I wondered if anyone has experience with O2 and rides.
She would like to try to go on the rides and is concerned that she will not be allowed on.

Any thoughts?

Thanks

Sorry for the late reply. I replied before, but I didn't go back to make sure it posted and I guess it didn't because it's not here.
Anyway, here goes again....
There is a Guidebook for Guests with Disabilities for each park that can be obtained from Guest Services. They are not real specific, but do list things like restrictions and a little bit about each ride like whether it is a quiet ride or a turbulent thrill ride. They don't address oxygen at all, probably because the thrill rides where it would be an issue have cautions about riding if you have heart, blood pressure or other issues that would make thrill rides too much. I have seen peole on quieter rides like Small World, the Carousel with oxygen.
You can try emailing Disney if you go to their official website at www.disney.com.
You could also try asking the oxygen suppliers.
Care Medical:

Colonial Medical

are both medical suppliers in the Orlando area that carry oxygen. Chances are good that your local supplier already has a relationship with one of the Orlando companies.
