Do the kids wear costumes when attending this event? We are going Sat and I am not sure how to dress my DD (4).

Thanks

Some definitely do...we don't. It is 2 hours of sitting with a 15 minute intermission and there is no way my two DD's would be comfortable sitting in their princess dresses that long plus it makes trips to the bathroom difficult too. I usually have a new Disney tshirt for them to wear for the occasion and they wear that plus comfortable jeans or leggings.

We just saw Worlds of Fantasy last Friday and it was wonderful....enjoy!

My boys just wore Disney shirts. I have seen lots of little girls in princess dresses.

Your kids will not stick out if they do or don't. The ones I've gone to there was about as many wearing costumes and there weren't so I would say if your kids want to, and it is not a hassel or problem with you then go for it, ther are only little once.

DD went last week, and insisted on wearing her Belle dress, even though it's now probably two sizes too small.

Every time we've gone, we've noticed about 30% wearing costumes. At the 100 Years show last month, we saw a mother and daughter (about 4yrs old) dressed as Snow White. Very cute.

My kids never dressed up because of the sitting.....too long to be in a costume. But there are plenty of kids who do.

The cutest thing I saw at the show last month was a group of 14/15yr old girls. They sat in front of us. They had Mickey tattoos, Disney shirts, Mickey ears, etc....they waved Mickey lights, sang songs and ate slushies out of HUGE princess cups. I loved seeing them have so much fun.

I saw several princesses when we went in December (they had a photobooth similar to Photopass set up). But there were more who were dresses in Disney clothes than those who actually dressed up.

Dress however DD will be comfortable.

I saw a few girls in Princess dresses. BUT it was also cold outside the night we went.

I took my 5 year old to the Disney Princess ice show a few months ago. She wore her Sleeping Beauty dress (with a light long sleeved shirt under the itchy sleeves to make it more comfortable). I would say half of the girls we saw had costumes on. But this was the Princess ice show, so that might make a difference?
