Hi There

I'm going to go to the Disney on Ice Rockin' Ever After show (this will also my first ever Disney on Ice show) and I have a few questions regarding it:

1. How much are souvenirs so far? I might want to get a pair of Mickey Ears or something like that.
2. Can you bring anything like Snacks or Disney Plushies? (I have a Mickey and Minnie Plushie I wanted to say (and if you're wondering, I'm a child-at-heart)).

Thanks in Advance :)

They have the light spinners and things like that for $20-25. I think the about the cheapest things they had ere around $12. Popcorn and cotton candy usually go for about $10-12 but come ith hats.

Thanks for the response about the Souvenirs, Are they the type of hats that you wear on your head and not to be mean, but my Plushie question didn't get answered yet

We went to a show in Erie Pa a few years ago and we brought our own snacks and light toys. We'll be doing it again because the stuff is just too expensive there and the food gross.

The hats can be worn. One year they were Flounder hats, made of plastic, really cheesy looking actually. I've seen kids with plushies so don't see why you couldn't take them. I've seen lots of kids in princess dresses or Disney shirts. We usually take juice boxes or pouches because a 16oz. lemonade or a slushie is $10, they do come in a cup you can keep but still expensive if you have more than 1 kiddo.

The souvenirs are expensive just like at WDW but also very good quality. We bought the spinning light last year and it was like 25.00 but is still working great almost a year later. Most items are based on the story line of the show. I have never seen mickey ears at one. There were some little children with Disney items from home so I am guessing for most places that would allow you to bring these things in though I am not sure I would want to keep up with thing just to have them there. Our local evet center does not allow ANY outside food. Most people with small children can get away with a juice box or two and maybe some gold fish but not much more that that and they do bag checks. Food there is CRAZY expensive and we try to be sure we eat before we go or plan to eat right after. They had these snow cones in a princess cup for like 12.00. They also have the regular event center food areas up and a small drink at ours is like 4.00. We love the shows and try to go we just limit what we buy there.

You can bring in plushies & other Disney toys. Food must depend on location. At ours they do a thorough bag check & don't allow any outside food or drink through, not even water bottles. They were very strict about it & were confiscating food, juice boxes, water bottles, etc left and right. I was allowed to bring in a water bottle only because I had a baby with me and they assumed it was for her (for mixing formula I guess, the same way it's allowed with a baby at the airport, the guy just looked at it & said "oh you have a baby with you, go ahead!" yet he took one away from the people in front of us that had 2 slightly older kids with them).

bushdianee: I'm going solo (The only "kids" I have are my Build-a-Bears)
MSSANDRA: I'll keep the local center food in mind as I'll be getting there a little early anyway
Princess Melody: I know NOT to bring any food or drink with me now, Thanks for the tip :)

How early should you get there? We are going to our first show Feb. 23rd. It is going to be a child friendly day. We have to drive over an hour to the show and Santa got a gift card for Chuck E Cheese which is near by.

We went January 3rd. We arrived about 45 mins ahead of time because we would be driving from one end of the city to the other during work traffic. Being in our seats too early was annoying because they bombard you with items to buy. Of course my DD would yell she wanted it :)

We were able to bring a backpack for my 2.5 yr old with her Cinderella doll, a light spinner from a previous show purchased on eBay, water bottle, camera and snack.

It was my daughters first show and she Loved it. Sat still the entire time. And yelled out "Stop boys" to the boys fighting, during the Brave scene.

They start exactly on time too. They announce 5 mins before and then 3 minutes till show time.

Enjoy!
