If anyone has been to the show, please give me a review. DD and I are going to the Pittsburgh show on Sunday. How is the set-up? Do they make sure every section of the arena gets to see something or is it all facing one direction?

wvjules, I am going to the Disney on Ice show in Pittsburgh tonight, I will post a review here tomorrow. Have you ever been in Mellon Arena? It is set up the same way it is for hockey games.

We've been there for Stars on Ice and Champions on Ice 2X. The set up is the same as it is for hockey games.

we went to this show in November and i can honestly say there wasnt a bad seat in the house, we were at the palace of auburn hills, the way they had it set up everyone could see. We had floor seats right up against the ice it was great, at the end all the characters go around the ice and shake the kids hands that are sitting close to the ice, it can get ugly because the people up in the higher seats dont realize this and then they are shoving their kids down towards the ice to meet the characters, its then a big mob scene. It was alot of fun just dont buy the snow cones unless you plan on eating it fast because it makes a horrible mess, the cup it came in is adorable but for 8 dollars for some ice I think they could have come up with something a little better.

We're in the front row (not on the ice though) so I hope DD gets a kiss from Minnie! :D The previews on TV for it look awesome.

We saw this show a while back in Boston (Fleet Center) and it was great! They set up the shows so everyone can see.

Have a wonderful time!

Jill

We saw this show last Friday and it was very well done, we really enjoyed it. Have fun!

Jill--Thanks for the pm, I sent you one about the show!!!:D

OOPS, sorry, I just reread the post and realized you are going to 100 years of Magic, not Princesses on Ice, which is what I saw. Well anyway, I'm sure you'll have a great time, Disney always does things like this well.

My Family enjoyed it! We saw it at the Fleet on Dec 28th (gave it to dd 8 and ds 2 as x-mas gift)
The 'it's a small world' part made me miss Disney! :)
