Just made a reservation for Jan 28th, Akershus breakfast, 5:30 p.m. show

I don't see Spice Road Table or a few of the other restaurants listed now - do you think they will drop those at a different time?

I would expect all the restraunts are in. When I looked yesterday for my dates at the end all of them were in. So I suspect those might be booked up for those days.

People do cancel so check back later.

I would think the same - that the restaurant that you are looking for is sold out on your dates. You might to try adding more people than you actually need, then calling WDW-DINE and request them to remove the extra folks from your reservation.
