Disney now offers nighttime weddings

ONLY A MERE $180,000.

Totally justified!:
  • Priests and Rabbi's charge extra at night.
  • The horses want to sack out and have a provision in there contract to avoid the fireworks.
  • Running limos for the high end guests at the Contemporary and Yacht club gets expensive.

I saw this on the news and I can't even imagine what this includes!! $180,000 - I could put that toward more DVC points

1) Or, buy your next new house.
2) I am sorry, but OI can't see that kind of an expense.
3) Especially, with 62% of marriages ending in divorce.
4) OK, so maybe the kids of P.T.Barnum relatives would be prime targets for this.

Lol...it "includes" nothing special. You pay $150,000 for the right to be there and they throw in a $30,000 wedding.

And...they did this for many years along time ago...I think it was $75,000 if memory serves...and it does because I saw the billing a couple of times.

What did I miss on this being "new"?

You should have just typed #4 and then dropped the mic...

OMG!
Now, I thought my low scale YC wedding with cake and celebrant and a variant on champagne, and Mickey and Donald, and a bloke with a violin was a pretty good deal - whole thing plus a fortnight in WL for around £10k.
Good value because it a) stopped me having to do ANYTHING boring and wedding planning-ish. b) our then 4 yr old boy had a BLAST, as did the other kids there, as Mickey and Donald hung around and danced and played etc. (and our goal was to have a wedding that was not dull and horrible for small kids) c) included great family honeymoon.
for $180k I could buy a house. That's not one day of celebrating money. Craziness.

...well I can tell you a 60 person wedding with 3 stages in EPCOT was chump change in comparison...
