Disney not helpful to arriving guests post alligator incident??

Can you explain exactly what they said when they accused you of taking advantage? I really want to know, because I don't understand that at all. It's an awful thing for a CM to say.

As this is not a "Theme Parks Attractions and Strategies" topic, I am closing this thread. We have forums to discuss Disney Resorts; you may want to ask your question there.

(However, finding a different room at the last minute at this very peak time may simply not be possible.)
