I'm not sure PO is any different than other resorts. I suspect what you are reading more of is that they specifically set up a sting operation there and this is the publicity of their results.
The third person arrested admitted to stealing at other resorts including AKL and CBR. So it’s not a problem limited to PO. I agree we are just hearing about this because of the sting.

Donald’s Dino Bash Character Meeting Area Replaced with “Extinction is Forever” Fossil Experience

The covered area- located just to the right of Dino Bites quick serve- no longer bears any ‘Dino Bash’ signage. All Dino Bash set dressings have been replaced with a photo collage featuring our planet’s currently endangered species that warns us that ‘Extinction is Forever’.

Cast Members are present at the location and are ready to teach kids about extinction and fossilization- perfect for the Dinoland USA theme!

Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party Tickets Increase 39% in 2022

Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is returning in 2022, but not without a significant price increase.

The last time Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party was held was in 2019. Back in 2019, the average price of a ticket to the party was $96.53. In 2022, the average price of a ticket jumps all the way up to $143.17! That is a roughly 39% increase in price when comparing like products.

Now, you might say: “well, it’s been 3 years since the last time there was a party, of course prices will go up!”. You’d be right. However, the price increase between 2016 and 2019 sat at just 12%, nowhere near the nearly 39% increase that Disney is putting on a 2022 ticket.

I guess as long as people are willing to pay prices will continue to increase....

Kind of expected it to be these prices after Boo Bash sold for same pricing and had less to offer.
I didn’t expect MNSSHP to increase this much but I’m still going....we did really like Boo Bash even at the high price...there were only 2 of us and that made a big difference as there were families who paid $1000 to take their families for the 3 hr event...Boo Bash offered ”free” drinks, pop corn, and ice cream as well as the trick or treating and ride lines were minutes long after day guests finally cleared out.

Is there free ice cream/drinks at MNSSHP as well as trick or treating?

Why couldn’t they be out yesterday 😞 if they were in pin traders I definitely would of grabbed one too as the price point I’d vastly less than i expected 🤞🏻They are available in creations or somewhere else in Epcot next week

Also I wonder if MBs will debut sooner or later at DL and if it’s prior to 5/13 if bands for WDW can be active there as well (we are WDW APs but sister has a a day trip to land planned)

Are they fully functional at this point or is this a "more to come" kind of thing? Strange that they're for sale when we don't even know all the workings of then yet!

Should know this, but does it require a park pass to MK as well that day?

Or is it like US for HH Nights were that's the price to get in.

What do these add compared to the old style?

Wondering if the central "puck" is removable on these. I much prefer not wearing an actual MB but I do carry one on a retractable lanyard that is clipped to my belt.
