Disney Newbie

I am new here and in need of some Disney know-how!

My husband 2 girls (6 and 8) and I are headed to Disney in March. We are all very excited.
We are from Canada, and are driving down. We will be staying at an outside hotel in Kissimee (sp??).

Any advice for us newbies would be great...what parks are a must, how far things are ect.

Welcome!! How long will you be staying at Disney? If possible visiting all the parks would be nice, I would suggest getting park hopper passes, you may need more time in some of the parks, than you think, and you may not need as much time in some parks. Magic Kingdom is a must, a couple days for MK alone.
