Disney Movie Rewards site

Hi - my apologies if this is not the greatest section for this post - I wasn't sure where to put it!

I've been trying for a few days now to log in to the Movie Rewards site. Is anybody else having issues?

I have registered, I have changed my password just in case that was what I was doing wrong.

But every time I try to log in, I am taken to a Confirmation screen.

When I confirm my postal code, name, and check the terms & conditions box, when I hit submit, I am taken right back to the same screen.

I've tried logging in with Facebook - same deal.

I emailed their tech support - and got a useless "go to the registration screen and enter your existing information"

I've even tried re-registering, and it tells me I already am.

Is anybody else having this issue?

I just tried to go into the Disney Movie Rewards sight and was able to bring up my information without any problem.

I got on yesterday and redeemed a new movie, but when I went to check later, the site was down.

Just tried and it worked fine

All I wanted to do was enter the sweepstakes.

I have read all the rules - I am allowed to collect movie points and enter sweepstakes (I'm in Canada).

I have cleared my history and deleted cookies.

I have tried both Google Chrome and Internet Explorer.

I've done the "I forgot my password" and reset that.

And EVERY time I try to log in (using the new password even) I get a screen that asks me to confirm my details (postal code, first & last names) and check an "I agree to terms & conditions" box. It states this is for users logging in for the first time.

And when I check all the boxes and verify my info is correct and click the Submit - it brings me right back to that same page. Over and over and over.

Tech help answered my reply this morning and told me to change browsers. Been there, done that.

This issue happened yesterday and again this morning.

Getting ready to give up!
